They are not just bread with a hole in the middle...they are actual boiled bagels, made with our custom gluten free bread flour blend, and leavened with our housemade sourdough starter. They are gluten free, dairy free and egg free, and have been approved by none other than Annette Corvino, official Dream Bakery Gluten Free Taste Tester and a born and bred New Yorker. Choose from plain, sesame or everything. Good on their own, but even better toasted with your favorite schmear!
Store in an airtight container. Freeze for storage longer than 1-2 days.

Please note bagels are prpeared in a dedicated gluten free prep space but baked in a shared kitchen. Our owner is celiac so we try to care for your food the way she wants others to care for hers, but we are not a dedicated gluten free facility.
